A players performance iron that perfectly blends distance and forgiveness, featuring a wider sole than the ZXi7 with a moderate blade length and offset.
Key Features:
-
i-FORGED Construction – Condensed Forging stretching from the high-toe area along the topline enhances overall strength, durability, and feel, while the forged faces are softened for exceptional feel.
-
MainFrame iQ – A variable-thickness network of grooves, channels, and notches precision-milled into the back of the face, flexing together to maximize energy transfer for more speed across the face.
-
Tour V.T. Sole – Same proprietary sole technology as the ZXi7, engineered for smooth turf interaction and consistent glide through varied conditions.
-
Progressive Grooves – Wider grooves on longer irons, deeper closer-set grooves on the 8-iron through attack wedge for enhanced spin and control.
-
Precision Forging by Endo – Forged at Japan's premier forging house for a compromise-free feel.
-
Refined Players Shaping – A cleaner profile with slightly thinner toplines than the previous generation.
