The 2026 Callaway Apex UW (Utility Wood) is the latest evolution of one of the most successful "niche" clubs in golf. Designed with direct input from Tour professionals, the Apex UW is a multi-purpose powerhouse that sits perfectly between a fairway wood and a hybrid—offering the distance and high-launch of a wood with the precision and versatility of a hybrid.

Tungsten Speed Wave
The standout feature of the 2026 model is the 41g Tungsten Speed Wave. By positioning a massive amount of weight low and forward in the clubhead, Callaway has achieved a rare combination of high ball speeds and high launch with a neutral, non-draw-biased flight. This is specifically designed to help the ball maintain velocity and carry even on shots struck low on the face.

Step Sole Design
Taking inspiration from the original Apex UW and the Apex line of irons, the Step Sole features a unique geometry that significantly reduces turf interaction. This allows the club to glide through the rough or tight lies without losing swing speed, resulting in more consistent contact and cleaner strikes from various turf conditions.

Triaxial Carbon Crown
For the first time in an Apex Utility Wood, Callaway has integrated a Triaxial Carbon Crown. This lightweight material allows weight to be stripped from the top of the head and redistributed strategically to lower the Center of Gravity (CG). This refined weight distribution enhances forgiveness and provides a more stable, shot-making profile for better control.

Tour-Inspired Shaping
The Apex UW features a compact, classic profile that "oozes confidence" at address. Unlike many hybrids that have a draw bias, the UW has a neutral face angle and a glossy black crown with a bonded hosel. It is built for the golfer who wants to work the ball both ways without the fear of the "big miss" left.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

How does PARZ Rentable work?

Rent the clubs you want for three months at a fixed monthly price. At the end of your rental period, Simply pack the clubs safely (ideally in the original box) and ship them back within 7 days . You can then explore your next option whether that be a new rental, explore our ex-rental stock and much more.

What do I get when I rent?

You’re renting individual clubs — no bags or covers are included. You can add as many clubs as you like, but each will have its own rental agreement and monthly price.

How long is the rental period?

Each rental runs for a fixed three-month term. There are no rolling or indefinite rentals — when your term ends, you can choose to return, renew, or purchase from our ex-rental range (subject to availability).

What condition will the clubs be in?

All Certified Pre-Owned Clubs are quality-checked before dispatch and may show light cosmetic signs of use. Anything more significant would be listed clearly before you rent it.

How do returns work?

We’ll send you instructions and a prepaid courier label before your rental ends. Pack the clubs safely (ideally in the original box) and ship them back within 7 days.

What happens if a club is damaged or lost?

We get it — golf clubs are meant to be used, so light cosmetic wear is completely fine.

Fair wear and tear covers small scuffs or ball marks from normal play.

However, the following aren’t covered and may result in a repair or replacement charge:
  • Sky marks, dents, or cracks on the club head or shaft
  • Shaft rash or deep scratches from bag rub
  • Chips or deformation to the face, crown, or hosel
  • Broken shafts or loose heads
  • Water damage, corrosion, or signs of neglect

If a club isn’t returned or is lost, you’ll be charged up to its full retail value. We’ll always contact you first before applying any charges.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your club, as long as it hasn’t been used. If it shows signs of play, we may deduct a small amount from your refund to reflect the use.

Can I buy the club I rented?

Sometimes, yes. When your term ends, you can check our ex-rental stock — if the club you had is available, you’ll be able to buy it at its current pre-owned value. Availability isn’t guaranteed.

Can I rent more than one club?

Renting lets you play with top-quality clubs without the big upfront spend. It’s ideal if you’re testing new models, improving your game, or not quite ready to commit to a full set. After three months, you can return, swap, or buy — no pressure, no long contracts.

Why would I rent instead of buying?

Anyone who loves golf but wants flexibility. Whether you’re a beginner finding your fit, a regular player wanting seasonal upgrades, or just testing before buying — renting gives you access to premium gear, on your terms.

Who is PARZ Rentable for?

PARZ Rentable is ideal for golfers who want flexibility. Whether you’re new to the game, upgrading your clubs, or testing different setups before committing to a purchase, renting lets you try premium equipment without long-term commitment.

Do I need insurance?

You don’t need to arrange separate insurance — your rental covers fair wear and tear as standard. If the club is lost or damaged beyond that, we’ll contact you to arrange a reasonable repair or replacement cost.
