1. About PARZ Rentable
1.1 PARZ Rentable is operated by PARZ
Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16393721) with
registered office at Wanstead Golf Club, Overton Drive, E11 2LW (“PARZ”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the PARZ Rentable service and any rental agreement you enter into with PARZ.
1.3 By renting any equipment through PARZ Rentable, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
2.1 You must be:
aged 18 or over;
a UK resident; and
capable of entering into a binding contract.
2.2 You must provide accurate personal information when completing checkout.
2.3 PARZ may carry out identity and payment verification through trusted partners.
2.4 We may decline, suspend, or cancel rentals if information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3. The Hire Period and Payments
3.1 Each hire runs for a fixed three-month term (“Rental Period”), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3.2 The hire fee and payment schedule are displayed at checkout and processed automatically through PARZ’s authorised payment provider using secure payment technology.
3.3 Your Rental Period begins once payment is confirmed and the Equipment has been dispatched.
3.4 You agree to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of your hire.
3.5 If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, PARZ may suspend or cancel your hire, recover any outstanding balances, and, if necessary, refer the matter to a debt-recovery agency, which may affect your credit rating.
3.6 Payments and identity verification are handled securely on PARZ’s behalf through its approved payment and verification partner.
4. Ownership and Use
4.1 All Equipment remains the property of PARZ Limited at all times.
4.2 You hire the Equipment only; no ownership, title, or financial interest transfers to you.
4.3 You must use the Equipment for personal, recreational golf only and must not:
(a) lend, sell, or sub-hire it to anyone else;
(b) remove or alter serial numbers or markings; or
(c) modify or attempt repairs without PARZ’s written consent.
5. Care and Condition
5.1 You agree to keep the Equipment in good condition and store it safely when not in use.
5.2 Fair wear and tear means light cosmetic wear from normal play. It excludes shaft rash, sky marks, dents, cracks, or deep scratches.
5.3 You must inspect the Equipment within 24 hours of delivery and notify PARZ of any damage or defect. Failure to notify within that time means the Equipment is deemed received in good condition.
5.4 If the Equipment is damaged, lost, or excessively worn, PARZ may apply a reasonable repair or replacement charge.
5.5 You are responsible for the Equipment from delivery until it is returned and received by PARZ.
6. Returns and End of Term
6.1 At the end of your Rental Period, you must return the Equipment using the courier and instructions provided by PARZ.
6.2 The Equipment must be returned within 7 days of your Rental Period ending, using the original or equivalent protective packaging.
6.3 Returned clubs become part of PARZ’s ex-rental stock and may later be offered for sale.
6.4 If you wish to hire again, you may take out a new three-month rental through the PARZ Rentable portal before your return date (subject to availability).
6.5 Failure to return the Equipment, or to contact PARZ within 14 days of the end of your Rental Period, may result in a charge for the full retail value of the club and referral to a debt-recovery agency.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 You may cancel your rental within 14 days of receiving the Equipment in line with your statutory consumer rights.
7.2 The Equipment must be unused and in the same condition received. If it shows signs of use or handling beyond inspection, PARZ may make a reasonable deduction from any refund to reflect that use or wear.
7.3 Once the Rental Period has begun and the Equipment has been used, you may still return it early, but you will remain liable for the full rental fee for the initial three-month term.
7.4 To cancel, contact PARZ Rentable support for a return label and instructions.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
8.1 PARZ processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 We share limited information with payment and verification partners to process rentals and identity checks.

9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes PARZ’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, PARZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage arising from misuse of equipment.
9.3 PARZ’s total liability in connection with any rental shall not exceed the total amount paid for that rental.
10. Disputes & Complaints
10.1 If you have a complaint or dispute about your rental, please contact us first at support@parz.com. We’ll aim to resolve the issue quickly and fairly before any further action is taken.
11. Updates to These Terms
11.1 PARZ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements.
11.2 Updated versions take effect when published on our website. Rentals already in progress will continue under the Terms in place at the time of booking.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
