A former competitive professional who competed on the Northwest PGA Tour, Karl's playing background gives him a genuine understanding of what it takes to perform — including a remarkable course record of 60 gross at Bacup Golf Club, a score that speaks volumes about his ability at the highest level of the amateur game.
Having spent 12 years at Rochdale Golf Club, Karl has built a reputation as a patient, dedicated coach who gets the best out of every golfer he works with.
He has a particular passion for working with beginners, high handicappers, and ladies — creating a supportive environment where players feel comfortable, build confidence, and make real, lasting improvements to their game. His specialisms in short game and course management mean he helps golfers not just swing better, but think better on the course too.
